Abby grubbing on a popsicle So Abby had her 9 month check up this week, and while she is still a peanut, she is healthy and doing fine. 16 lbs 2 oz, 27 inches long - no shots this time, thank goodness. We were told we need to work on Abby's leg strength,standing and crawling, so that is on the top of the list. It was a busy Friday for everyone - Bernie had the girls while I worked and they went shopping at Target, swimming in a new blow up pool for the backyard, and cleaned the house! Kelli and I were treated to get a girls night out with some friends and went to Toby Keith - it was SOOO much fun - and I am paying for it today. The music is just incredible and he is so patriotic and it was pretty cool to see Trace Akins sing with him, as well as Wayland Jennings - what a surprise - the opening band was called Trailer Choir - and they are a riot - check out their song " Rockin the Beer Gut" - too funny - linked here http://www.cmt.com/videos/studio-330-sessions/trailer-choir/262542/rockin-the-beer-gut.jhtml . Anyways - despite my numerous adult beverages last night, morgan and abby where ready to start the day at 7am - Bernie and Kelli where here to help out, but boy that's early. We played our way throught the morning and then me and the girls headed to Cooper's 2nd birthday -
a Thomas birthday, complete with BBQ, cupcakes, presents, and crafts! It was really nice to meet some new people and see Morgan around some other little kids - playing really nicely. Check it out yourself:
