Hey ya'll - we are in Texas, celebrating mother's day with dedow and papajim. Morgan and Abby both did great on the plane last night - Abby's first flight - she slept in my lap during take off and then was WIDE awake the entire time.Morgan was opposite - she was awake the entire time and then fell asleep about 10 min. before we landed, then of course the entire team started chanting "GO NUGGETS", which startled both kids, but then they both went calmed down. I am SO amazed taht Morgan remembers mom and dad's house actually, but she knows where stuff is - it's great. We played pretty hard today and she only took an hour nap, then we went to the park to meet up with a friend from elementary and high school, Leslie Moore, and her daughter Grace. The girls played really well together, despite their age difference, and it was so great to catch up with an old friend.
Morgan has had a grand time riding in the school bus (aka rented minivan) while we are here. She has been collecting golf balls in the back yard and playing with the baby dolls, which are my old cabbage patch dolls. It's very cute. She's night-night now in her pack and play, and well, here are some pictures from our trip:
