2 weeks with Grandma, Big Family Weekend & Abby's Baptism

Grandma Mollie has been visiting for the past few weeks from Pennsylvania, and boy has Morgan loved it. Both girls have loved getting somuch attention from their grandma. We have been swimming, out for walks, shopping, up to Vail, music class, to the Farm, Monkey Business jump castle play land, and oh so much more. The biggest highlight of these past few weeks was Abby's Baptism this past weekend, which my parents where able to come in town for as well - It's very rare for both our parents to be in town at the same time, so it was a real treat to have them here all together to enjoy the kids and experience Abby's special day. Morgan was more than willing to cooperate in her special day, by coming up to the front of the church during the Baptism and call out "water, water" and was so amazed that there was a big bowl of water in Church. Thankfully the Officiant was very cool and had told us that Morgan can be as much of the ceremony as she wants - and she was - even receiving a water blessing herself. This was of course right after she dumped a huge container of teddy grahams all over the floor. Morgan is really in to Church, she even likes to go up the alter to receive Communion, usually she usually just receives a blessing, but she really, really wanted "that bread" - so as is acceptable in the Episcopal, she received Communion - it was too funny. She was even trying to sing along to the Hymns. It really was a wonderful day - followed by a full house reception at our place.
