Holiday Weekend

Has it really been a month since I posted anything? Sorry everyone - I guess it's been a busy month. Abby is doing so well with her PT - her little shoes have inserts in them now that force her toes flat and not to curl - it has made an amazing difference. This month she has elevated to a full blown cruiser! Check out the video - she is now dancing!!!
She is learning to maintain her balance and speed up a bit. We have to work with her and her "wings" - her arms - she is a bit of a Frankenstein when she walks.
As for Miss Morgan - she can't stop talking about all the fun she is going to have this summer - playing outside, going to the zoo and going to the beach.
They both are having to adapt to change, as our daycare provider, who is pregnant, is now on bed rest at the hospital. She is only 27 weeks, so it was a bit of a shock to have to leave her so soon. Thankfully she and the baby seem to be doing well. As for daycare - our kids will be lucky enough to hang out with their big cousins a few days a week. We have in-listed Allison, Kaitlyn and Molly for some summer employment. We will enroll them in a daycare facility in August.

This weekend had a BIG first for our girls - they had their first sleep-over together without mom and dad - Bernie and I went down to the Rockies game on Saturday night and the girls slept over at the McGarveys.
The girls did great!!! They played dress up, and babydolls, and Morgan and Karter got to sleep on a pallet.

Then on Sunday we had a BBQ with friends, including the McGarveys of course. Complete with picnic!
