So much to report since the last time I updated after 4th. Morgan is getting two more teeth in the top, which are just poking through her gums - although not causing her trouble at all during the day - causing major discomfort at night - she is really not sleeping well and it's so hard to see her in pain and know that there is only so much you can do for her. Her new chompers are motivating her to try all new foods, which this week included lamb, sweet potato fries, soy nuggets (soy based chicken nuggets), yogurt bites, all types of bread, pasta, and cheese, cheese, cheese - she loves cheese.
We are finally getting the house listed this weekend - yeah!!! There are countless projects in progress, and too boring to talk about - but the virtual tour and listing should be up online in the next few days and I will add a link here to check it out. The long list of To-do's has worn me out and I have been having so not so great feeling days - whcih have been compounded with lack of sleep and back pain. Nothing to get worried about, I just need to listen to my doctor, husband and self and take it easy. Acupuncture is of course offering me some relief too.
Morgan experienced her first Irish festival last weekend -

she also found a little boy to play with and dance with, which was so cute. she loved the live music, bagpipes and all the attention she was getting from the friendly drunken men in kilts that kept saying how adorable she was! (which she was!!!)She has also picked up some very cute habits - she is saying UH OH now when she drops things and has now started saying UH OH and THEN droping something - she will stretch big for you when you have her on the changing table in the morning -stretching her arms above her head and her legs straight up in the air, if you say "oh my" or "ear muffs" she will put her hands on the side of her head and she will kiss you with big open arms - it's just so amazing how quick she learns things and how precious she can be - and of course, how naughty she can be - her attitude is really coming out - we are working on reminding her to be "soft" when she is touching your face or the doggies (she has powerful arms) and also teaching her that light sockets and electrical cords are "hot" and should not be touched. She is also learning how to smell things and that includes the mighty "pee-u" - if you say "pee-u" she will squish up her nose and put her hand to her nose - again, super cute!!!
My little crawler has made her way across the room as I type this - right for our little carved wooden bear in the living room, which she likes to pat and offer kisses too - oh wait, nope, she is heading for the electrical outlet - and now pulling herself up to a stand at the side table - a new favorite game on any piece of furniture within her reach - too big, too fast!
Lots of hugs & kisses from Denver - wish us luck on the house selling and searching.
Cheers for now...
