Thursday night was 1/2 way to St. Patricks Day - so after arriving to Wilkes Barre/Mountain Top - we headed to Cavanaughs for Irish step dancers and bagpipes - Abby loved clapping along and Morgan stole the show with her dancing. The next evening we went to Rutt's - Tommy and Kim where in town for Maggie's birthday, so his parents had a wedding reception for them - it was fun for the girls to get to see everyone. Saturday was big wedding day - the girls did great on the drive down to Bethlehem, about an hour and a half, and Morgan did amazing on her practice walks down the aisle - she looked so cute! Unfortunately she tripped on her dress and couldn't really recover in time for the wedding, - so screaming and being held by Lauren was how she got down the aisle - she was so upset - but I took her to the side and she gathered her self back together. I was asked to give the blessing before dinner, and she provided the most adorable Amen at the end. Then it was time to eat and dance for several hours -
And Miss Abby - we thought for sure taht she would start crawling on the trip and she got really close, just not yet - she has decided that she doesn't really like baby food anymore and much prefers liverwurst, cheese, mashed potatoes, carrots and chicken - it's funny how fussy she gets over food.
Morgan loved getting to sing happy birthday again - and of course, eating cake - she had a little birthday celebration with family and loved her new bouncy castle and Miss. Potato head. One night we were playing with the toys, and Morgan put the ear of the Potato head on top of her head and started singing Muffin Man - seriously! it was so funny. She was really cracking us all up - one of her new things is to say that she has an idea. Oh and for talking, Abby did pick up a few words - she is now saying Bye , Hi, Hello, tickle - she also will tickle herself when you say tickle and is playing peak a boo.
